Returns and Exchanges

We hope you enjoy your purchase as much as we do, but we understand there are times when it might not be quite what you were looking for.

Our store policy for returns and exchanges is in line with UK legislation.

Please read carefully the information below to follow the correct procedure.  

In the event that your item is received faulty or damaged, we will either replace or make good the item at our discretion.

Please contact us on email within 24 hours of receipt.

Include your order confirmation, and a photo of the item/s, and we will arrange a repair (where applicable) or replacement as quickly as possible. 

Our return policy is for 30 days from the date of receipt. After 30 days have passed we are unable to accept a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable.

Please note some items cannot be returned. This includes:

Gift Cards
Personal hygiene items


There may be occasions when only partial refunds are granted.  An item returned not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may only be credited to the value of the goods, deemed at our discretion.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not qualify for a return.

To request a return, please email us your order confirmation and the reason for return.

Please enclose a note with your name and order number inside the box that you are returning. Items returned without quoting your order number cannot be refunded as we will be unable to identify the sender.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, it must be returned to:

Once your return is received and checked, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds returned to you via the original method of payment.

We do not except returns on items bought in store, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us and we may offer you a discretionary credit note.


On returning your item, you must obtain proof of postage of your return.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. 

You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. 

Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after the 30 days of receipt of delivery. 

When we receive your returned item safely then we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost. 

Sale items and perishables are not eligible for a refund.


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
